Intermediate Water Polo Skills is designed for athletes with strong swimming ability who are ready to experience water polo and move toward competitive play.
This program is run in all deep water with a depth of at least 7 feet.
Participants must be able to swim 25 yds unassisted.

Train and compete against other teams! Athletes will be prepared for the rigors of competitive play. There will be three practices per week plus at least one weekend game day per month.
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards, and tread water for 60 seconds.
Previous water polo experience is encouraged, but not necessary.
At this time USAWP membership will be required in the future, but not for the Fall 2024 sessions.

Experience basic water polo concepts in a fun and engaging environment. Noodleball is designed for our youngest athletes to gain more water independence and confidence before learning in a larger group.
Participants will have access to pool noodles and float trainers for additional support while learning new skills in the shallow pool.
This class is for swimmers who have not yet reached Level 4 with the City of Sacramento swim lessons (or equivalent).
Noodle Ball will resume in 2025.

Explore the sport of water polo and learn basic skills and rules in a fun and recreational format. The LTP program is designed for our younger athletes to gain more water confidence before moving to deep water.
Swimming ability equivalent to Level 4 with the City of Sacramento swim lessons is required for participation, please contact us if you have questions about your child's ability to participate.
