Train and compete against other teams! Athletes will be prepared for the rigors of competitive play. There will be three practices per week plus at least one weekend game day per month.
Athletes should be able to swim 50 yards, and tread water for 60 seconds.
Previous water polo experience is encouraged, but not necessary.
A USAWP Bronze Membership is required.

Athletes should be able to swim 200 yards continuously, and tread water (legs only) for 60 seconds.

Specialized training is available in the spring and summer for goalies. Athletes will learn body mechanics and tactics specific to their position.
This program is recommended for competitive and high school athletes with prior water polo experience.
